DTU’s On-Site Study-Abroad programs for American degrees from Troy University and Keuka College in Business Administration, Information Technology, Hotel Administration, and Financial Management are providing DTU students with opportunities to study for an American degree with regional accreditation (the highest education quality accreditation in the US) right at home.

With the motto: "We do everything we can for our students’ rights and future careers”, DTU has consistently made great efforts to provide students with the most convenient, innovative and advanced study and research environments.
Spacious and modern campuses: DTU has six campuses in Danang with total area of 36 ha (construction floor area is 62,029 m², reaching 4.3 m² of constructed area per student). Infrastructure and lecturing facilities have modern equipment meeting student training requirements, with 156 classrooms and lecturing halls, 91 training laboratories, and 1,246 computers with internet connection. Almost all classrooms are equipped with multimedia projectors, digital sound system, and air conditioning, and there are two sound and film studios, one medicinal garden meeting pharmaceutical standards, one hospital as strategic partner, three libraries, and a data center applying the newest technologies and software for human resource management and credit-based training. The university furthermore invested in the creation of technical drawing rooms, a Robot–Micromouse lab, and training laboratories, to ensure the best conditions for students’ research and learning.
Common International and Overseas study programs for all students: International cooperation is one of DTU’s strong points, and is what created a very modern study environment for its students. Thanks to collaborations, curricula and pedagogical methods are continuously being renewed and improved. Almost all students can enjoy the added value which the international programs have to offer. All DTU students are allowed to sign up for subjects in the international programs and acquire the subject certificates when required. Furthermore, students can easily apply for overseas studies in the US, UK, Singapore, and other countries right at DTU. Students can choose one, two, or three years at DTU followed by a transfer to studies at a foreign university, to obtain a foreign degree at the lowest cost. Young, qualified, and dedicated lecturers. Currently, there are 1,223 faculty members and staff, of whom 28% hold PhDs, with full or Associate professorships. DTU’s PhDs and Masters graduated from universities in Vietnam and abroad, and several in particular from prestigious universities in the US, Russia, France, Germany, Canada, South Korea, or Belgium. Lecturers made more than 450 trips to the US and 60 to Singapore for training in pedagogic methods. These lecturers have brought new ways of thinking and new study and work methods, changing students’ mindsets and getting them out of the passive habits so common among Vietnamese students.
A wide range of interesting extracurricular activities: DTU is well-known for its wide range of meaningful extracurricular activities, organized and conducted by dynamic DTU students themselves. The Management Board has provided DTU students with many opportunities to take part in training courses to improve their skills, as well as social work. Every year, activities are held for DTU students to take part in musical shows, sports festivals, photography and speaking contests, camping, the Green Summer Campaign, Blood Donation and so on.
In addition, DTU has scholarship policies to provide support for students in financial need.
