During the 45-day training course, DTU lecturers were trained directly by CSU faculty, covering six majors in the fields of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

“We had a good time at CSU. The strenuous course required us to try our hardest to concentrate on learning new things to teach to our DTU students. It was also a good opportunity for us to increase our understanding of modern teaching methods and the application of technology in education today”,  Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hao said.

Mr. Phan Quang Minh, a DTU lecturer attending the course said: “We were feeling a bit jet-lagged during our first few days in Fullerton. However, we quickly became acclimatized and were all very enthusiastic about the training program. The CSU students and faculty impressed us with their energy and professionalism”.

Those participating in the training course at CSU will teach CSU advanced program at DTU in the new academic year 2011-2012. CSU is regionally the first academic program in Civil Engineering and Architecture standardized by California State University in Fullerton.
