A Recruitment Interview for DTU Students of Chinese Language with Hualida (Vietnam) Garments Ltd. Co

On May 20, Hualida (Vietnam) Garments Ltd. Co conducted a recruitment interview for internships and employment opportunities for DTU students of Chinese Language. This event is also one of the activities demonstrating the connection between DTU and businesses to enhance the quality of education, meet societal needs, and simultaneously create job opportunities for students.

Hualida (Vietnam) Garments Ltd. Co is located in the Hai Ha Industrial Park in Quang Ha Town, Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh Province. It is part of the Hualida Group which was established in 1989 with its headquarters in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. After more than 30 years of development, Hualida Group has become an enterprise group integrating R&D, production, processing and sales, and also has two industries of clothing manufacturing and automobile airbags.

 “Our company is currently expanding rapidly, with multiple facilities in Vietnam, and we are in need of a large number of personnel to fill various positions and departments. Selected students will undergo training both in Vietnam and in China. Our company also offers many attractive policies and benefits for our employees. Hualida (Vietnam) Garments Ltd. Co interviewed third-year students from the Chinese Language Faculty who are interested in interning at the company. Based on these interviews, the company will assign students to intern in various departments such as Human Resources, Import-Export, Commerce, and Production Planning. The internship will last for two months, during which students will receive a stipend of 2,500,000 VND per month, meals, free dormitory accommodation, and transportation.
 
During the internship, students will have the opportunity to experience a real working environment and receive training to enhance their knowledge and skills related to their specific job positions, especially essential soft skills. Upon completion of the internship, students who wish to continue with the company will be considered and evaluated for official recruitment.
 
In addition, Hualida (Vietnam) Garments Ltd. Co conducted interviews for the official recruitment of fourth-year students. Upon being officially hired, students will receive a salary ranging from 9,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND per month. They will also enjoy annual leave, Tet bonuses, a 13th-month salary, and social insurance benefits as per legal regulations.
 
Furthermore, company employees will be reimbursed for transportation costs from the school to the company when starting work and for travel expenses to return home for Tet holidays each year. Employees will also have the opportunity to visit the company’s headquarters in China for advanced training in their professional skills and expertise.

The interview provided me with an opportunity to demonstrate my proficiency in Chinese, as well as my knowledge and skills, by engaging directly with the company representatives. Additionally, I had the chance to learn more about the company, the benefits of working there, and to see the potential for future development. This helped me to clarify my internship and future career direction."
