Japanese Company Recruits Vietnamese Students in Cybersecurity

After a period of research and training in Information security and Cybersecurity, DTU students are recruited by a Japanese company, opening up opportunities to work and continue research in a professional environment.
 
On June 19th, the very first DTU students of the Blue Rock Project were interviewed and recruited by LLL Company (Japan) to work in the field of Information security and Cybersecurity. This is the fruits of the "Cybersecurity Talent Incubator" project, also known as the Blue Rock Project, which aims to provide more Information security experts to society. This project is a collaboration between DTU and Fore and Suganuma (Japan).

Mr. Ikawa Megumu (right), Director of LLL Company (Japan), introduced the company,
its working environment, and outlined the requirements for students participating in the recruitment process
 
Mr. Ikawa Megumu, Director of LLL Company (Japan), stated that before coming to Vietnam to recruit engineers in Information security and Cybersecurity, he thoroughly researched the DTU training program for Network engineering, Cybersecurity, and Information security students. Mr. Ikawa Megumu noted that the program provided to students is comparable to that of engineers in Japan. Therefore, LLL Company (Japan) prioritizes not just technical skills but he qualities of the students, such as their willingness to face challenges and their continuous quest for innovation.

The first cohort of DTU students' "Cybersecurity Talent Incubator" project take part in the recruitment and will be working for the Japanese company
 
To support the students in the "Cybersecurity Talent Incubator" program, Suganuma and Fore have sponsored DTU a modern cybersecurity lab, which allows students to access the latest equipment and technology in the field, creating a cutting-edge learning and research environment.
