The Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences was founded in 2007. The faculty has always followed its educational objectives for the good of its students’ studies and their careers. 
 
The faculty is currently staffed by 6 Associate Professors, 5 PhDs, 7 research students, 19 Masters and one Specialist, offering courses in three disciplines, namely Journalism & Communications, International Relations and Vietnamese Studies.

Lecturers and staff of DTU Faculty of  Humanities & Social Sciences 

 
In response to local demand, the faculty offers Bachelor’s degree programs in International Relations, Culture & Tourism, Literature & Journalism, Multimedia Communications and a Master’s degree program in International Relations in 2017-2018.
 
The faculty frequently invites leading researchers from well-known national and overseas universities and business professionals to teach courses and participate in research projects. 
 
The faculty often holds seminars, group working sessions, contests and field trips to companies to equip students with hands-on experience and entrepreneur spirit. English, Chinese, Japanese, Startup and Charitable clubs have been established to involve students in community activities to enhance their social skills.
